Terms & conditions
These terms govern the sale of goods by AZKA NOVA PORT DIŞ TİCARET. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a despatch confirmation. We may decline an order where a part is discontinued, where a pricing error is obvious, or where a credit limit has been reached.
2. Pricing and VAT
Prices are shown both including and excluding VAT. Trade account pricing is applied at checkout once signed in. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before despatch.
3. Fitment information
Catalogue fitment data and OEM cross-references are provided for identification only and do not form part of the contract. The buyer is responsible for confirming that a part is correct for the application before fitting it.
4. Title and risk
Risk passes on delivery. Title passes when payment has been received in full.
5. Trade accounts
Accounts are subject to credit approval and are payable within 30 days of statement. We may suspend an account that is beyond terms.
6. Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for labour, recovery, refrigerant, loss of use or any other consequential loss.
7. Refrigerant and regulated goods
Refrigerants are sold only to buyers holding the appropriate handling qualification. Venting fluorinated greenhouse gases to atmosphere is unlawful.
8. Export transactions
Incoterms 2020 apply to sales outside Türkiye and the delivery term is stated on the proforma invoice. The buyer is responsible for compliance with import and usage regulations in the destination country.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction.
10. Demonstration notice
This site is a demonstration build; orders are not fulfilled and no payments are taken.
